Since the completion of the above detailed works, I felt compelled to write to you to convey my total satisfaction. This is most unusual for me; however, the final finish of the product, the professional attitude of both windows fitters, the meticulous attention to detail, coupled with the standard of product and extremely competitive rates is; I feel, worthy of mention.

As you are aware, I work from home and during the two days of works hardly even knew that the fitters were there. Every request was met with a can do attitude that is very rare in this day and age - and is testament to the image of your company.

On completion of the work you would not have believed that the windows had been replaced - the house was in an immaculate state.

Just a short note to say thank you for the work your company has done at Lufton College of FE over the summer shut down.

The final product looks fantastic and I have received many flattering comments from some of the staff and visitors to the college. Your self and the fitters were very professional in the way they conducted themselves and their helpful attitude whilst dealing with the task in hand. I was also impressed by how clean they left the site on completion of the work.

It was also nice to see your good self on site during the work, ensuring that things were going to plan and i appreciate you meeting the "Target Date" which with a college is crucial, being we only have a small window to get any major maintenance work done. I am writing to express my complete satisfaction and thanks for all the good work Turner Windows of Somerton Ltd carried out on my home.

After 12 years all my windows were in very poor condition with narrow double glazing, the ill-fitting wood requiring repair and repainting. In addition, both my front and back doors were ill fitting; they also required a new locking system, and curtaining in an attempt to keep out the draughts.

Rather than go ahead with the expensive repairs and repainting of my doors and windows - which would undoubtedly have been a recurrent expense - I sought the advice of a good neighbour who was pleased to recommend your company. I found you to be very helpful and professional and you undertook the task of replacing all windows and front and back doors so that they are all that I ever hoped for.
Your fitters proved to be pleasant, helpful, cheerful and trouble-free, who always arrived as arranged, and cleaned up after themselves so that I was left with no mess. I was particularly impressed throughout with your first and last thoughts' that you 'wanted a satisfied customer above all else, and this attitude was reflected in your fitters.

It is now a pleasure to walk from room to room where there is an even temperature with no hint of draughts; the windows in all the rooms looking very pleasing and are easy to open and close. The new front and back doors are in a class of their own and the back door now sports what must be the latest in modern smart cat flaps - a masterpiece - so that my cat is quite happy to go in and out on his own accord, something he was always afraid to do in the past. The front door is a glorious red with modern, easy-locking devices, and is much admired and commented on by neighbours and passers-by. It may sound a little foolish if I say that it lifts my heart every day look at it - but that is precisely what I mean to say.

In conclusion, I would always turn to you if I moved to another house - but that is most unlikely now!

It is now just over 3 weeks since completion of having your windows installed to replace the 18 year old double glazed windows (certainly showing their age), at our house. The difference is so obvious from any aspect, in both looks and quality.

The biggest difference has been most markedly for me, the lack of outside noise when all the windows are closed, especially at night. The retained warmth qualities will have to be judged when the colder weather returns. The appearance and finish of the units are quite honestly superb, the best double glazed windows by far that I have seen.

Your team of fitters were top grade, quick, clean and polite in every way. Over the 2 days that they were here, they showed the skill and quality of workmanship that is a great credit to the Firm, please thank them again and pass on our good wishes.

Again, our thanks to you for the service you have provided and the great difference the new windows have enhanced the looks of the house, both inside and out, for which we are very grateful.
